The Royal Marines Charity aims to be the central pillar of the Royal Marines Family, drawing together those who aspire to join, those who serve, those who have served and their families.

They started a very special campaign back in 2020 called Lift The Lid which promotes the wellbeing and mental health of those in the RM Community.  We supported, along with Jason Fox, that very campaign in our podcast The Commados That Grinched Christmas.

Too often soldiers find it difficult to talk about mental health challenges and it is here the that RM charity really excels running several campaigns and awareness drives.
